There are a lot of people out there who wandered into Information Technology. IT isn't my hobby, it's my profession. And here's my "no baloney" promise that I make to all my customers.
- You will be happy you hired me. No exceptions. On every status report and every invoice, I'll ask. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, I'll make it right. I'll refund your money, give you time at free or reduced rates, or work it out in some other way with you.
- If I'm not the right person for your job, I'll tell you up front. IT is a big and ever-expanding industry. I have a lot of experience, and I'm a fast learner, but if the job's not right for me, then I'm not the right person for you.
- You will know what is going on at all times. You'll know
"how many days, how many dollars" and any risks that will affect the
days and dollars.
